With the EX-1166HMV, you can expand a USB 2.0 port on a notebook or desktop computer into four additional USB 2.0 ports. It allows up to four external USB peripheral devices to be connected to a single USB 2.0 port on a notebook or desktop computer. The device is very compact and robust.
The included cable (1.8 meters) with A-connector to B-connector can be securely attached to the EX-1166HMV using thumb screws, without the need for a screwdriver. The power supply connection can also be secured with screws.
The EX-1166HMV features wall-mounting capability, or it can optionally be installed on a DIN rail in a 19” rack using the EX-6099 (DIN-Rail Kit).
