Pricing and Payment
1. Pricing
All prices are quoted including VAT and excluding shipping costs. If you are VAT registered and outside of Germany or your country is outside the EU, we will bill you without VAT. Customer is responsible for all taxes and duties where applicable.

Bank Transfer
Orders paid by bank transfer will ship once the payment has arrived.
COD
Only available in Germany. The order will ship via DHL. Stock items will ship within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).
Direct Debit
Only available in Germany. Your bank account will be charged at time of shipment. Stock items will ship within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).
Credit Card
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment information are encrypted and transmitted only via secure SSL connection. We never save Credit card information on our servers. Stock items will ship within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).
PayPal
Only available for customers in the EU. After checkout you will be automatically redirected to PayPal. Your PayPal account will be charged at time of shipment. Stock items will ship within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).
Net terms
We offer net payment terms for schools, universities or other entities of the public sector. Stock items will ship within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).
